Refund Policy
The Short Version
If you buy something from Echelon Catalyst and it is not what you expected, reach out within 14 days of your purchase and I will make it right. No guilt trip, no runaround.
After 14 days, all sales are final. Not because I stopped caring, but because a digital product is yours the moment you download it — there is no way for me to get it back. Two weeks is a reasonable window.
If something is broken, missing, or just flat-out does not match what was described, that is a different conversation entirely. That kind of issue gets fixed regardless of when you contact me.

Eligibility for a Refund
All products sold through shop.echeloncatalyst.com are digital downloads. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are considered final after the refund window has closed.
You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your request is submitted within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date
- You contact us at support@echeloncatalyst.com with your order number and a brief explanation
- The issue is not solely a matter of buyer's remorse after having fully consumed the product
Situations We Will Always Resolve — Regardless of Timeframe
The 14-day window does not apply to the following:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible — we will re-deliver or refund
- The product is materially different from its description — we will refund
- You were charged in error or charged more than once — we will refund immediately
These situations will be corrected at any time. Contact us and we will sort it out.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@echeloncatalyst.com with:
- Your full name
- The email address used for your purchase
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time after approval is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Payment Processor Dispute Policies
We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. Please note that both processors maintain their own independent buyer protection and dispute resolution programs, which may differ from the terms above. Filing a dispute directly with Stripe or PayPal instead of contacting us first may slow down your resolution. We always encourage reaching out to us directly — we are easier to deal with than a dispute process.
No Refunds After 14 Days
Refund requests submitted after 14 calendar days of the purchase date will not be approved except in the circumstances listed above. We believe this is a fair window — if you have a question about a product before purchasing, feel free to email us and we will answer it.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
